Exercising is a Lifestyle…

I am still back in my home town for the long Chinese New Year holidays.

Wherever I am,  I make it a point to sweat it out,  be it walking and exploring the place.

Since I am back in my hometown,  I love going to the beach and walk along the shores.  It’s a great work out as the sand helps to strengthen the leg muscles. And I get to smell ocean air.  What a bliss!

In this picture, I am walking up the hill, as the beach is packed with tourists, and it’s no fun walking/exercising when I have to watch out for young kids running around.
