My very good friend is a vegetarian. On certain days I am. More for health reasons. I love the taste of fish, thus at the moment I am not able to commit to being a vegetarian.
When I eat vegetarian food, I avoid mock meat. What is the point of eating something just to remind myself of the real food? To me, it’s just pure denial.
The poultry world has too much chemicals and hormones for me to totally indulge. Although I have my Lemon Grass Tea and Misai Kucing Tea, I believe in holistic approach. Eat right, sleep well, drink quality water and stress management 🙂
